Shivai Agro Ingredients is a dehydrated agri-product manufacturer based in Mamdapur, a small but productive village in Deoni taluka, Latur district of Maharashtra. We set up here deliberately, because proximity to the source is everything.

We process fruits, vegetables and spices through precision dehydration, milling and grading. Our customers are food manufacturers, spice blenders, and institutional buyers across India.

Farm Procurement
Directly from Latur, Dharashiv and Solapur farms. We assess crops at source to ensure quality.

Cleaning & Grading
Raw produce is washed, sorted and graded by size, colour and density. Damaged or substandard material is seperated throughly.

Precision Dehydration
Tray driers calibrated per SKU. Time and temperature curves are validated to achieve ≤4% residual moisture while preserving colour, aroma and bioactives.

Packaging & Storage
HDPE-lined bags, BOPP pouches or food-grade cartons. Full COA documentation ready at dispatch.

Built from the
ground, literally.

Our journey began in the fields of Maharashtra. After seeing how quality and farmer margins often get lost in the long chain between harvest and buyer, we chose a different path: to build close to the source.

Shivai Agro was set up in Mamdapur, Deoni taluka, right where the crops grow. Being near the farms means being near the farmers and the raw material. From procurement to dehydration, milling, and grading, everything happens under one roof, with one team, and one focus: keeping quality intact.
